Shipping Information
Most orders will ship from Windy City Cabinet the same business day if placed prior to 1:00pm Central Time or will ship the next business day if placed after 1:00pm. If for some reason we are out of stock on an item and that fact was not displayed on our website, we will be in contact with you via phone or e-mail as quickly as possible.
Please phone us if you need expedited shipping so we can be sure to accommodate you.
We DON’T want to make money on shipping!
When we ship an order we will try to pack it as efficiently as possible. Our website’s shipping calculations will combine packages and charge you the lower cost whenever possible. Larger cabinets however will always ship in separate boxes and often are billed at dimensional weight (rather than physical weight) per UPS regulations.
Use your own shipping account option
If you would like to use your own shipping account number to pay for freight simply select “My UPS/FedEx/LTL account” in the shipping options and then provide the account number and billing address of your account in the comments section.
Trucking Options
When we see large orders where we think shipping via truck makes more sense, we will also contact you. Large orders can be palletized and shipped via LTL Truck on your account or through our freight broker. Contact us for more information.
Domestic Orders
Our preferred carrier is UPS via standard ground with express shipping options within the United States and Canada. We can ship via FedEx if you provide your account number to bill freight to.
International Orders
Please call us for shipping information on orders to ship outside the continental United States. Customs fees/tariffs are not included in shipping calculations and are not the responsibility of Windy City Cabinet, customer must handle all charges directly.
Any order outside of the U.S. or Canada needs to be paid for in full before shipment will occur.
